TnP Accessories general delivery time is about 3-5 business days. Orders will be shipped within 48 hours. Once your order has been shipped, our customer services team will send an email notification. Tracking numbers can be provided should you need to track your order. If, for any reason, you didn't get any information about your order, please feel free to contact us.
Note: orders may be delayed for the following reasons:
- "Bill to" and "Ship to" addresses are not the same.
- Product is currently out of stock.
- Order is pending credit approval and verification.
Return and Exchange Policy
As a wholesaler and retailer, it is our aim to maintain long time business relationship with clients.
We can only accept returns for exchange or refund for the following reasons:
- Shipping errors
- Damaged items
- Dissatisfaction (see details below)
About "Dissatisfaction": If you change your mind after ordering a fixed priced item, you have a right to cancel your order within seven days and receive a refund for the product. The seven day period will begin on the day you receive the item. In order to return the item/s, you must take reasonable care of the item/s and it must be returned in re-sellable condition. In this instance, you will be responsible for the shipping costs both to and from your address. To return your item you must advise us by speaking to customer service. A restocking fee of 10% will be deducted from this refund.
You will be responsible that we receive the item in an undamaged condition. If the item is returned damaged in any way, then you will not be offered a refund and it will be your responsibility to arrange the pickup of the item at your cost.
All items returned must be within its original packaging.
Order Cancellation Policy
If you want to cancel your order, please contact our customer service department within 4 hours of placing the order. If you contact us after 4 hours and insist on cancelling your order, please observe our return policy above. A restocking fee of 10% will be deducted from refund.
- All exchange or return products must keep their original condition and not worn/opened, altered or washed, with all tags/labels attached.
- You must contact our customer service within 3 days of receiving your item.
Pricing & Payment
While we try and ensure that all prices are accurate, errors may occasionally occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of continuing with your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled.
All prices include VAT at the applicable current rates but exclude delivery charges.
Secure Credit Card Transactions:
In order for us to safely and securely process your order using a credit card, the page where you enter your card details is held on a secure server. When this information is sent, it is in an encrypted format.
No item will be dispatched until full payment has been received and cleared by the bank. For this reason electronic means of payment are preferred.
Discounted Bulk Purchases OR Items Bought for Trade or Resale
All items bought by companies or individuals for trade or resale purposes will not have any warranty. Discounted bulk purchases do not have any warranty.

Product Description and Availability
Occasionally manufacturers will update their products, and we reserve the right to supply these, even if pictures and descriptions may vary from the listing shown.
Pictures are for illustration purposes only and products may occasionally vary in size, shape or color.
Items are sometimes sold that are not available at the specific time of the sale. The estimated delivery time will be shown but due to circumstances beyond our control we may not be able to dispatch at the estimated time. We shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver within the estimated time scales.
Whilst we do our best to ensure that stocks of products are available there may be occasions where broken or damaged stock prevents us from fulfilling an order. In such instances you will be given the choice to wait for stock to arrive or be given a full refund.
The maximum liability for any reason is limited to the cost of the item paid.
- The competitor’s item must be identical (flavour, size, brand etc.)
- The competitor’s item must be in stock at the time of the price match
- The competitor’s price must be live at time of price match
- The competitor must be based in the UK and sell direct to customers so no auction or marketplace retailers e.g. EBay or Amazon
- The competitor’s price must be publicly advertised online and cannot include any membership or personal discounts
- We cannot match any multibuy type offers
- We will take into account any delivery charges that are applicable
- We reserve the right to make additional charges for installation on price matched products
- We reserve the right to decline a price match request at our discretion
- Price Match discount codes cannot be combined with any other offers
For International orders, Customs departments will randomly select packages, which they will open and check. Although this does not happen often, they will occasionally open interior packaging. We cannot accept responsibility for these occurrences as Customs procedures are outside our control.
